We'll replace melee diamonds (2mm and smaller) for free within the first 6 months. If there's damage (like a missing prong), we'll replace the diamonds/stones upon request at the client's cost.

For other stones (like emeralds, opals, sunstones, and other coloured gemstones), replacements are available at the client's cost plus shipping. Please remember, sunstones and opals can easily chip if not cared for properly, similar to a wine glass, while emeralds can also chip because they're brittle
